Managing the administration with colleagues
Volunteer Administration:
We are looking for a volunteer who wants to run the administration together with two colleagues . This includes client administration and email and telephone management. The work takes place on location on Tuesday mornings and you can work from home the rest of the week. For this you need access to the internet on your own equipment.
Availability on entire Tuesday and Wednesday due to telephone management rotation. (every 2 weeks)
Keep an eye on email/telephone and voice mail on other days, but this can be done at your own chosen time.
Experience with administration is a requirement and knowledge of office is an advantage. Being able to work independently in the long term.
