Classes assistant integration

You offer people integrating extra support during the integration lessons.

Job description:

When someone comes to live in the Netherlands, it is important to learn the language and culture of a country. Refugees and migrants learn this by following an integration course. The Eastern Netherlands Council for Refugees offers integration courses in Wageningen. Immigrants receive language lessons from a qualified NT2 teacher. The Dutch Council for Refugees offers extra support through language coaches and class assistants. We are looking for volunteers who, as class assistant, can offer integrators extra support during the integration lessons.

Job requirements:

Good command of the Dutch language (not necessarily perfect), coaching skills.

Working time:

1 half day per week (a half day can be up to 4 hours). You can become a class assistant for 1 lesson a week, you can also support several lessons per week. Hours in consultation. At the moment we are looking for people for Monday morning.
