Listening to classical music with a resident of Het Beekdal.
Detailed description
We're looking for someone to listen to classical music with a gentleman who used to be an organist once a week. Each session will be 30 to 45 minutes. He loves classical music, but also enjoys things like cabaret songs or music from the late 60s and early 70s.
Listening together is a wonderful experience, especially when you can chat about the music afterward. Musical knowledge is a plus. Are you someone who also enjoys listening to music and having a conversation about it? Then you're the person we're looking for.
What can you expect?: The first time, we'll schedule an introductory meeting. You'll visit the teacher together with the music therapist. Afterward, you'll schedule your own visit. It's helpful if you can play music yourself (e.g., via Spotify or YouTube on your phone), but if this proves difficult, the music therapist will help facilitate. It's always possible to brainstorm with the music therapist or share experiences.
