Handy with administration and forms?

For the consultation hour on Thursday morning in the St. Joseph community center we are looking for a volunteer who can strengthen our team.

During office hours you help residents from Hilversum with (digital) filling in forms.

This can be different forms in the field of labor and income, housing, education, tax, residence, etc. In addition, you help people with digitally applying for, for example, a benefit or allowance or organizing the administration. You work in a team with other volunteers under the guidance of the Social Legal service provider. You are available twice a month.

Working hours: Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Special Conditions: You like to work with people and you like to be practically involved with all kinds of forms and administration. You have a neutral and objective attitude towards the customer. You feel involved with the customer and you stimulate their self-reliance. You are able to set your own limits.

Training method and guidance: We offer basic training twice a year and you will be trained during office hours, there are regular guidance meetings.
