Coordinator Craftsmen, Creative talents

Tessel damage Apeldoorn. We invest with our Tesselschade Study Fund
in training for women so that they can be economically independent. The proceeds from our handicraft sales go directly to our charity, the Tesselschade Studiefonds. With this study fund we are able to support women financially with their education. Through a financial gift of tuition fees and/or book money so that vulnerable women with a diploma can find a job more easily. This fund supports students nationally and locally within Apeldoorn.

Activities

You lead a number of craftsmen and are the first point of contact for the craftsmen. You guide our craftsmen with all their craft questions and you actively maintain the relationship. You ensure that the craftsmen receive their patterns and materials. Where necessary, you draw patterns. You send on time and delivered quality based on orders. You form a duo with our current coordinator, consult and work together. In consultation with the board, you purchase materials where necessary. You ensure a good distribution of the handiwork among the craftsmen and you keep track of who can do what (capacity / commitment). You ensure that the administration is up-to-date and you submit this to the treasurer. Your hands actually never sit still. You also love to craft yourself. Likes to think along with our product line and, where necessary, introduces innovations. You want to make a social contribution and you support our goal to help women with a financial gift such as tuition and book money in their studies.

We ask

Educational background:
- Coupeuse, or a comparable fashion education, or textile teacher
work education or another comparable background

- Experience with operational management is a plus
(layout and division of work, management on quality and time, feedback
give, cooperate)
- Stress resistant and independent

- Able to work under pressure "deliver on order"

- Creative and innovative (within the Tesselschade target)

- Customer and service oriented, enthusiasm
- A commercial institution

- People person (be able to move well in the craftsmen)

- Sense of styling
- Hands on mentality
- Up to date with the latest trends in handicrafts

- Masters multiple craft techniques such as embroidery, sewing, knitting
crochet, and/or quilting
- Living in Apeldoorn, willing to travel within Apeldoorn or direct
surroundings
