Shop coordinator and core team member

What are you going to do?

As a core team member and store coordinator, you are a pivot within the team of more than 35 volunteers. In addition, you act as a link between Terre des Hommes Netherlands and the local volunteer team. As a coordinator, your focus is on one or more of the following activities:

-shop interior

administration and schedules

-volunteer management

warehouse management

- contribute to the development, organization and implementation of events.

Who are we looking for?

An enthusiastic colleague with a passion for charity, who:

• likes working in a shop, combined with “behind the scenes” work.
• Someone who maintains contacts with external stakeholders (including shopkeepers association), co-coordinators other shops Terre des Hommes.
• likes to interact with different people
• is careful
• endorses the objective of Terre des Hommes and the organisation
