“Sturdy on the leg” is a group course and is given by the experienced trainer Lilian Jans.
Even as you get older, you want to be able to continue to do daily things independently. That is why it is important that you feel safe and comfortable with your body. With the course “Sturdy on your feet” you will improve your muscle strength and balance. This course contributes to how you stay fit and vital for as long as possible and
to your overall fitness. You will also get to know new people in your neighbourhood.
The course starts on March 22 from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and will be given every Tuesday morning (March 22, March 29, April 5, April 12 and April 19) for 5 weeks in Village Center De Hoge Weye in Beekbergen.

Citizens in our work area can rely on the efforts and involvement of Stimenz's 180 employees and approximately 900 volunteers. Together we work to increase well-being, citizen and neighborhood strength. We do this, among other things, by creating social connections in districts, neighborhoods and villages, tackling individual issues through social work and, where possible, deploying collective solutions and translating signals into new initiatives. We do this together with volunteers and active citizens based on reciprocity and involvement.
