Do you enjoy being active? Would you enjoy taking a group of seniors outside for an hour each week to walk and exercise together? Then we're looking for you!
Every week you go out together for a nice active walk in the neighborhood and you do various exercises in the meantime.
We make use of whatever we come across, such as a bench or a platform.
We actually always go outside, but when the weather is really bad we exercise indoors at Talma Borgh.
We gather in front of the entrance of Talma Borgh and have a drink in the canteen afterwards.
