During a Wigwam holiday you supervise children with disabilities or their brothers and sisters during an activity programme offered by us.
Wigwam holidays are holidays for (families with) children and young people with disabilities.
These holidays take place at 7 locations in the Netherlands: in Heusden, Heel, Heeten, Valkenburg, s Gravenzande and Koudekerke and during the winter holidays also in Arnhem.
We are looking for volunteers to accompany the children with a disability during the day program, with the activities program that we offer. We are also looking for volunteers to accompany the brothers and sisters during this program.
This way the parents have some time for themselves and each other, something that is an unprecedented luxury for these families! This way the whole family has a holiday!
Will you help?
We are also looking for people to cook for the volunteers during these holidays and/or provide household support.
