Would you like to think about fun activities at the Wageningse Eng? And is planning and organizing completely your thing? Become an activity coordinator at the SWE
As an activity coordinator, you devise and organize a varying range of activities on the Wageningse Eng, which promote support for sustainable management and sustainable development of the Eng. These can be activities such as the Day of the Wageningse Eng, the Night of the Night Walk, a bicycle excursion, a lecture or a nature work day. You do not do this alone, but in collaboration with residents, entrepreneurs, users and social organizations who have a warm heart for the Wageningse Eng.
You coordinate the planning of the activities with the board, advisory board and any parties involved. You keep an overview and make contact with external parties involved in the organization of an activity.
As an activity coordinator, you are a logistical jack-of-all-trades with organizational talent who can manage the activities from A to Z. You don't have to be a naturalist.
The activities are spread throughout the year. We expect you to spend an average of 8 hours per month.

De Stichting Wageningse Eng zet zich in voor het behouden en waar mogelijk versterken van de natuurlijke, landschappelijke en cultuurhistorische waarden van de Eng. Ook stimuleert en faciliteert de SWE het ontwikkelen van nieuwe duurzame gebruiksvormen op en voor de Eng.
De SWE is een onafhankelijke stichting en heeft een budget waaruit zij haar activiteiten en ondersteuning van activiteiten financiert. Dit budget wordt via de Gemeente verkregen en gevoed, onder meer door subsidie van de Provincie Gelderland. De SWE wordt ondersteund door een Raad van Advies die het bestuur gevraagd en ongevraagd van advies voorziet.
