Detailed description
As Coordinator Volunteers:
- You are the first point of contact for the volunteer
- You provide direction and guidance to the volunteers
- You coordinate a team of volunteers and ensure a correct match between volunteers and activities
- you are responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement, supervision and assessment of volunteers.
- You maintain both internal and external contacts with those in charge in these areas and you stimulate mutual cooperation and coordination.
- Be and stay informed of (national) developments in the field of volunteering.
- You report to the board of the foundation
We are you?
- You have at least HBO level of thinking / working and are available around 16 hours a week
- You are able to look beyond the boundaries of the foundation
- You are a team player who is capable of to connect people of different levels with each other
- You can clearly advise, coordinate and explain to volunteers
