VACANCY COORDINATOR VOLUNTEERS

As Coordinator Volunteers:

• You are the first point of contact for the volunteer
• You provide direction and guidance to the volunteers
• You coordinate a team of volunteers and ensure a correct match between volunteers and activities
• you are responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement, supervision and assessment of volunteers.
• You maintain both internal and external contacts with those in charge in these areas and you stimulate mutual cooperation and coordination.
• Be and stay informed of (national) developments in the field of volunteering.
• You report to the board of the foundation

We are you?

• You have at least HBO level of thinking / working and are available around 16 hours a week
• You are able to look beyond the boundaries of the foundation
• You are a team player who is capable of to connect people of different levels with each other
• You can clearly advise, coordinate and explain to volunteers
