Detailed description
The Reading Express reads to children between 2 and 8 years with a language delay. This one evening a week at a family's home for 20 weeks. The coordinator is the link between the family, the reader and the project management. You guide five families and five readers during a season. Other tasks: organizing and conducting readers' meetings, making family visits, writing reports and regularly communicating with the project management.
Working hours: in consultation, (20 weeks long)
Special Conditions: You have the following competences: Flexible, reflective, easily accessible, communication skills, organizational ability, being open to other ways of thinking, being able to think and act in a solution-oriented way
Introduction method and guidance: training for coordinators and contact moments with the project management
