Detailed description
The 1st edition of the Heartbeat Rally will be held on Sunday 15 March 2020. The picturesque Wijenburg Castle in Echteld forms the backdrop and will serve as the starting and finishing place. A nice trip is set out with a choice of different rally systems, such as globe-arrow navigation, arrows shortest route, drawn line with barricades, border approach and herringbone. The rally is good for all levels of experience and offers enough challenges for the seasoned rally participant. Fun and (un) tension guaranteed when finding the right route.
The Heartbeat Rally starts in the morning. Of course a delicious lunch will be provided at one of the stops. If you return to Kasteel Wijenburg in the evening, you will be invited for an exquisite dinner and an auction will be held, naturally for the benefit of the Heartbeat Foundation.
VOLUNTEERS:
There are various volunteer duties on this day and in advance, among others
- Check route, turn off control panels, retrieve control panels
- Help with registrations
- Crew route control posts
- Prepare and hand out goodie bags
