Assistant manager who helps us to keep our building with 3 rooms and all kinds of activities running smoothly.
At Stichting De Baan, there are daily activities and clubs for people with intellectual disabilities. Our building in Haarlem, with three cozy rooms, is the place where participants, volunteers and employees come together. As Assistant Manager, you can take on tasks that match your talents and interests!
Are you technical?
- Management of lighting, sound and audiovisual equipment.
- Resolving technical issues during activities and events.
Do you get energy from organizing?
- Coordinating room reservations and scheduling.
- Day programs communicate with volunteers and participants.
Do you like to help?
- Support volunteers and participants in setting up and dismantling activities.
- Prepare rooms by setting out tables, chairs and materials.
Are you a host or hostess?
- Welcome and guide visitors and participants.
- Creating a pleasant atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is enthusiastic and likes to contribute.
- Has an affinity with people with intellectual disabilities.
- Likes to work independently and is flexible (hours negotiable).
- Has good social and/or technical skills.
