About Stichting De Baan
Our mission can be summarized as follows: We start from the (growth) possibilities, not from the limitations and bring into the lives of our participants: fun, encounter, participation, development and enrichment.
Our method: Our work is primarily based on the passion for and the bond with the target group and the organization of our volunteers. They are supported by a small team of professionals and trained and supervised in the work with the target groups. This and by clear, non-binding agreements with the volunteers, we guarantee quality.
Our core values in the implementation are: involvement, fun and professionalism. We are creative, flexible and pragmatic and are able to come up with an answer every time to the explicit and implicit questions of our target groups and society.
