In StadsAkkers store we sell fresh organic vegetables. We are looking for an energetic, proactive coordinator for the operational affairs and the store team.
We are looking for a store coordinator for our store who will be responsible for:
• Coordinating operational matters around the store
(sales, cooling, stock, offers, cash register, etc.)
• Decision-making on operational matters and clear communication to the team and permanent employees
• Good presentation of the products in the store
• Identifying supplies for retail sales (e.g. packaging)
• (Co-)recruiting, training and scheduling the store team.
The store coordinator:
- s plays a connecting role in the team of store employees and resolves issues. She or he is available for questions from the store team, on site and mobile
- Contributes to markets and other events with the aim of generating more sales
- Communicates with the team about store matters
As a shop coordinator you will be part of an enthusiastic group of volunteers and have the opportunity to learn more about organic farming.

We werken met allerlei soorten vrijwilligers, mensen met en zonder afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. We vinden het leuk om mensen te begeleiden en op te leiden. Je kunt bij ons van alles doen: werken op het land en in de kas, onze producten verkopen in de winkel, helpen op onze zaterdagmarkten of zorgen dat dit alles goed en schoon verloopt in de kantine en de keuken. Het is bij ons heel gezellig, juist door de mix van mensen.
