The main task is to ensure that the trainers can do their job properly. You are their first point of contact and think along.
You make sure that the trainers can do their job well. In this way you are their first point of contact and you contribute ideas about improvement opportunities and bottlenecks in the organization of the lessons. This can vary from policy choices to organization of competitions. You coordinate the deployment of volunteers around the activities within the gymnastics department.
In addition, you regularly coordinate with fellow coordinators from the other departments and the board of DIO Ugchelen. You represent DIO in the Apeldoorn Gymnastics Associations Federation (FAG). To do this, you participate in a FATF meeting a few times a year
