On Thursday, March 7, Sportservice Apeldoorn is organizing a workshop for volunteers who want to convey their enthusiasm for exercise to other people.
It is a 2-hour workshop in which you gain knowledge about exercise with people with vulnerable health. You will also learn which exercises contribute to maintaining strength, balance and coordination.
So do you like exercise yourself (walking, cycling, swimming, etc.) and do you want other people to experience how nice that is? Then join this workshop without obligation and find out whether this form of volunteer work is something for you.
