We are looking for active volunteers who want to contribute to the exercise activities that we organize at community centers.
Detailed description
At the meeting places in the municipality of Apeldoorn, we organize various exercise activities for people from the neighbourhood. You can think of walking groups and groups of people who do muscle strengthening exercises together.
Many people exercise too little and loneliness is also a common problem. Usually people only need a small push in the right direction to literally and figuratively get moving. As a volunteer at Sportservice you can contribute to this. In addition, it is a great opportunity to get to know new people and to be active yourself.
