Summary
FunFit is a multi-sport event for people with mild intellectual disabilities on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.Detailed description
The participants exercise under the guidance of a dedicated trainer with experience in sports and working with this target group. The target group is 18+. To support the trainer, we are looking for one or two volunteers to help them get moving and exercise with them. In addition, once a month we focus on healthy lifestyle themes.
