Detailed description
We are looking for reinforcement in various areas within the play-o-theek de Zusjes Hoorn.
- Customer contacts: being present during opening hours (days and frequency in consultation), explaining toys, borrowing and lending materials, possibly cleaning materials
- Administrative; maintaining the membership administration (task that can be planned at your own desired times)
- Administrative; entering new materials / toys in digital program, taking photos and adding detailed descriptions
- Organizational / guidance; organizing activities (eg games afternoon, theme days, etc. For this task we are looking for a creative person with innovative ideas who can work with different target groups (children, elderly, disabled customers)
- PR activities; visiting schools, networking, bringing in new customers / cooperation partners, etc.
- PR activities; such as maintaining facebook, istagram social media
There are many possibilities to use your knowledge and skills at the play-o-theek de Zusjes Hoorn. Every little bit helps!
The required VOG will be requested through us at our expense.

About Stichting speelotheek de Zusjes (Schellinkhout, Wognum en Heerhugowaard)
We are a new playhouse in Hoorn. We are located in the Hoorn Kersenboogerd library and focus on all ages (0-99 years), people with disabilities and people with dementia.
Individuals and institutions can become a member of our play-o-theek.
We have a varied range of game materials, educational and imaginative materials. Outdoor toys also belong to our range.
With our toy library we want to stimulate 'playing' together and realize a sharing economy. Many households are overcrowded with unused toys because it takes variety to stimulate play. By means of a membership of the play-o-theek, a lot of variety can be created in a sustainable manner at low costs.
