Do you enjoy working in the kitchen and like contributing to a friendly neighborhood? Become a volunteer at the Cooking Workshop in De Nude!
Solidez Welzijn is a welfare organization for all residents of Wageningen. Every first Friday of the month, we organize a neighborhood meal at Huis van de Wijk De Nude with and for residents of the neighborhood. For the Cooking Workshop, we are looking for a volunteer who is willing to help with the preparation, heating, and serving of this meal.
What are you going to do?
- You work together with other volunteers in the kitchen.
- You start the preparations around 3:30 PM .
- The meal, which has already been prepared by participants of the day activation, is heated up, beautifully plated, and served by you and your colleagues.
- Afterwards, you help clean the kitchen according to HACCP guidelines .
What do we ask?
- You enjoy kitchen work and like working in a small team.
- You are practical, hospitable, and reliable.
- You are available on the first Friday of the month , from 15:30 until after the meal between 21:00 and 21:30.
