Summary
Siza is looking for all-round volunteers at various residential locations and day care centers in Gelderland and Brabant (Arnhem, Apeldoorn, Epe, Rheden, Tilburg).
Detailed description
Do you have an affinity with care and a few free hours that you would like to volunteer? Various Siza locations are looking for volunteers who want to contribute to the daily routine, but also to give residents extra attention.
Would you like to help with an activity? Do you like to take a walk with one of our residents? Do you like to jump on the (duo) bike or do you like playing games? Many residents have some form of daytime activities but also benefit enormously from extra attention. Drinking a cup of coffee, taking a walk or reading the newspaper together can make a world of difference. The time investment does not have to be much. An hour a week is already a welcome addition.
The volunteers we are looking for enjoy being part of a team, consider what is needed per day (part), enjoy relieving the care worker, but above all enjoy offering the residents extra fun and enjoyment.
Together we will of course discuss your interests and qualities and where you want to be of significance.
As a thank you for your efforts, we will provide you with a travel allowance, a nice party every now and then, an end-of-year gift and of course you will receive a huge thank you from our clients!
