Paulo is 29 jaar, woont in Kerkelanden, is half-Italiaans en sinds 8 jaar in Nederland. Hij wil in september aan een nieuwe opleiding beginnen maar hij beheerst de Nederlandse taal nog niet genoeg. Paulo zoekt iemand die hem ondersteuning wil bieden voor het Nederlands en rekenen. Hij is enthousiast en communicatief sterk maar wordt daardoor makkelijk overschat. Hij wil de dingen altijd graag zelf proberen, maar ook terug kunnen vallen op een huiswerkbegeleider die het hem nog eens uitlegt.
Werktijden: in overleg
Bijzondere Voorwaarden: Nederlandse taal goed beheersen, geduldig, weet dingen op een simpele manier uit te leggen.
Inwerkmethode en begeleiding: Vrijwilligers zijn onmisbaar. Dat beseffen we heel goed. Daarom wil Sherpa goed voor de vrijwilliger zorgen. Er vindt een kennismaking plaats waarbij u kijkt of deze vrijwilligersvacature bij u past. Mocht u besluiten om ons hierbij te willen assisteren dan werkt u samen met een enthousiast team van begeleiders.

With around 1500 employees and 560 volunteers, Sherpa provides services to around 1400 clients with an intellectual and / or physical disability. A team of experts provides the guidance and support that clients need to fully participate in society. They put the unique in every person at the center and work professionally, involved and in consultation with the client and his environment.
Activities
Sherpa is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. How often you meet depends on you. Some like to go to the local market together every week, others agree on a monthly basis. The employees of the Social Deployment Office listen to your wishes, hobbies and interests and put them next to the questions of the clients. That way we always look for the perfect match!
