Mrs. O. is 56 years old, lives in the center of Hilversum and has a harder time walking due to an accident. She now needs a stick. She has become anxious and insecure. She has physiotherapy but she would also like to practice outside small areas, starting with 100 meters. She is perfectly able to indicate what she is willing and able to do.

Sherpa is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. How often you meet depends on you. Some like to go to the local market together every week, others agree on a monthly basis.
