Detailed description
Alex is een aantal dagen per week op de woonwijk Eemeroord in Baarn. Maar hij wil daar ook graag lekker naar buiten om te wandelen of om met de rolstoelfiets een tourtje te maken. Alex is rolstoel gebonden. Het communiceren gaat moeizaam maar hij begrijpt u wel en kan ja of nee antwoorden. Hij vindt het heerlijk om naar buiten te gaan om meer te beleven. Dat kunnen we hem op de groep niet altijd bieden.
Werktijden: In overleg op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag in de ochtend of tussen 14-15.30 uur.
Bijzondere Voorwaarden: Overleggen van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG). Heeft u het geduld om Alex te begrijpen en bent u ondernemend om dingen te vertellen en te laten zien, dan wordt Alex heel blij van u.
Inwerkmethode en begeleiding: Vrijwilligers zijn onmisbaar. Dat beseffen we heel goed. Daarom wil Sherpa op haar beurt goed voor de vrijwilliger zorgen. Er vindt een kennismaking plaats waarbij u kijkt of deze vrijwilligersvacature bij u past. Mocht u besluiten om ons hierbij te willen assisteren dan werkt u samen met een enthousiast team van begeleiders.

Activities
Sherpa is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. How often you meet depends on you. Some like to go to the local market together every week, others agree on a monthly basis. The employees of the Social Deployment Office listen to your wishes, hobbies and interests and put them next to the questions of the clients. That way we always look for the perfect match!
