You act as treasurer of the Association of Scouting Westenenk, collect the contributions and prepare financial reports.
The activities of the treasurer are:
- You provide accurate accounting
- You take care of the payment of submitted invoices
- You take care of the reports: budgets, financial statements
- You keep an administration of Learning Money Checks
- You are responsible for writing and collecting contributions and other contributions
What do you need?
- Affinity with money
- Conscientiousness
- Comfortable with accounting software and spreadsheets
What is the time commitment?
- For treasurer activities: About 6 hours per month, completely free to schedule
- For meetings: approximately 2 hours per month
- And also the time you want to put in extra :-)
