We are recruiting eight (8) dedicated individuals to join our first ATIP volunteer cohort of the year! Volunteers must be able to commit to weekday morning sessions (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) for a minimum of four months. You will be conducting and facilitating activity sessions to support the healing of the survivors of human trafficking residing in government protection shelters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct therapeutic activity sessions aligned with the monthly themes
  • Assist in sessions and workshops conducted by the Therapeutic Care Facilitator, guest speakers and other stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment during all sessions

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old and above.

  • Demonstrate good time management skills, including punctuality and ensuring that all sessions are conducted on time.
  • Able to adhere strictly to regulations at the government protection shelters, such as dress codes and restrictions on electronic devices.
  • Preferably bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to arrange their own transportation to and from the shelters.
  • Able to commit once a week for a minimum of four months.
