Do you want to make a social contribution and do you have an HR background? We are looking for an involved District Coordinator Volunteer Management and Training.
Do you want to make a social contribution and do you have an HR background? We are looking for an involved District Coordinator Volunteer Management and Training for the North and East Gelderland district. As a coordinator you are the link between the district manager and the volunteer management coordinators of the 12 locations and you help the Red Cross with the implementation of the volunteer policy.

What are you going to do?
You maintain contact with the district manager and the volunteer management coordinators of the locations and ensure the implementation of the volunteer management policy in the district
· You ensure connection between the volunteer management coordinators themselves
You encourage locations to recruit (young) volunteers and bind them to the Red Cross
You help departments to maintain the quality (of the commitment) of the volunteers and to offer appropriate training
You monitor and test the content and progress of the district work plan in the area of
volunteer management
Who are you?
You enjoy sharing your volunteer management/HR knowledge with others
You are a team player and able to connect people
You can provide direction and guidance to locations in the field of volunteer management and Training
· You know how to support volunteers in their development
· You are decisive, proactive and reliable and you communicate easily
