Activities
- You ensure effective recruitment and development of the volunteers of the department.
· You know how to captivate and bind volunteers to the department.
· You provide direction and guidance to the department in the field of Volunteer Management.
· You draw up plans in consultation with the board and the portfolio holder of the district and coordinate with other departments.
We ask
· You have insight into how to motivate people and you enjoy getting the right person in the right place.
· You know how to support volunteers in their development.
· You are decisive, proactive and reliable.
· You communicate easily.
