District coordinator Volunteer management (volunteer m / f)

. You ensure that stakeholders are aware of the five B's of Volunteer Management (Bring in, Guide, Reward, Keep and End). You pay attention to knowledge transfer and exchange and promote mutual cooperation between the departments.

It goes without saying that you are well aware of what is going on in this area within the district. Where necessary, you support the departments by conducting intake interviews and placing candidates in the right place for both the candidate and the organization.
