Administrative centipede First Aid training courses Red Cross (volunteer) Emergency aid, Prevention & Information ... for everyone. That is what the Red Cross stands for. The Dutch Red Cross helps people in need, together with more than 30,000 volunteers. We do that around the corner and far away. From our hearts and rolled up with our sleeves. We help people in emergency situations, but we prefer to help prevent them by teaching them how to save themselves in an emergency. Through information and education, we call on people to help others. In this way we ensure that nobody stands alone in times of need. Back office administration First aid training Are you a tailor and do you enjoy organizing and arranging? Together with your direct colleague from the back office, you provide information about our training offer, you schedule the courses together with the Training Coordinator and the teachers, you maintain contact with the interested parties and the students. In addition, you ensure that everything is processed in a clear administration and that all materials are available. You are part of a small fun team of volunteers with support from the Training Coordinator. Do you enjoy contributing to this and is organizing and arranging your middle name? Are you the one who has fun keeping the administration around all courses and workshops in perfect order and keeping it up to date? And do you have a few hours a week? Then we have a great position! Do you have the following qualities and characteristics? A spider in the web with good communication skills Organizational talent and pleasure in administrative work Experience with administrative work or the organization of activities (preferably) Willingness to connect you to our organization for a long time Flexible deployment for at least 6 hours a week We offer you : A challenging volunteer position where you really make a difference.
