Summary
As team member of Quiet is the New Loud or InDiePub, you meet other volunteers once per week, to organize monthly events together.
Detailed description
In team InDiePub, you organize live band evenings, by selecting artists, communicate the details with venues, artists and sound technicians, you design promo material (posters, instagram, facebook, event calender), and we expect you to be present on the evening when the event takes place, usually thursdays, in a different location around town each month.
During that evening, we need volunteers to put up QR codes, posters, our banner, cook dinner for the artists together and host the evening.
In team Quiet is the new Loud! you organize intimate, cosy concerts in the bblthk. This is also done by selecting artists, communication with artists and the library, and making promo. On the evening itself, we cook at the bblthk, set up the stage and host the event. These events are once per month on a Wednesday evening.
To structure the work and communicate with the different teams within Popcultuur, there are weekly meetings on Monday evening at JC Entree, where we set a cosy atmosphere during the meeting.
