Meet monthly, think along, and decide. Managing the digital environment of the association, mail and storage dropbox, writing letters and official documents.
Phoenix-Apeldoorn is an association for international dance, song and music that has been a household name in Apeldoorn for almost 50 years. We have over 200 members, many of whom have been members for a long time. There is therefore a great involvement of the members.
The current board consists of 4 people and a secretary. We meet monthly and we all have our duties. We would very much like to see our cozy and decisive team strengthened with a secretary.
As secretary you attend our monthly board meetings and you talk, think and decide about the topics that play within the association. You don't have to take minutes because we have a minute taker. You manage Phoenix's digital environment and help write official documents.
