As a volunteer you are responsible for the atmosphere in the group, you ensure that every participant feels safe and heard. It is important that participants feel that they matter. You take the time for this. In addition, you work together with the assistant volunteer, together you provide the materials (purchase), together you teach the participants existing or new creative techniques. A joint creative project is regularly worked on, but individual activities are at least as important.

During the day activities of Grab your Chance! WE organize day activities in a community center-like way with volunteers. Some of the activities are for all local residents, some are for eligible residents. WE are looking for volunteers who can provide safety and structure.
