Detailed description
Dan ben je de aangewezen persoon om ons team te komen versterken voor één ochtend van twee uur per week.
Bij onze helpdesk komen mensen met uiteenlopende vragen en/of problemen over hun apparatuur. Dat kan gaan van advies over de aanschaf van nieuwe apparatuur tot het installeren van apps.
Wegens het toegenomen aantal bezoekers, hebben wij een extra vrijwilliger nodig.
De PC Helpdesk BEL is gevestigd in Het Brinkhuis in Laren en wij zijn elke werkdag open van 10.00 – 12.00 uur.

The PCHelpdesk has a nice room, where 50+ residents from the BEL municipalities can walk in without an appointment. You can use the available computers to surf the internet or e-mail. You can indicate on the large computer screens what you encounter or what you want to know more about. Of course you can also bring your own laptop, iPad or E-Reader. Knowledgeable and patient volunteers are on hand to answer your questions or help solve your computer problems.
Activities
Experienced and enthusiastic volunteers help people over 50 with all their questions about a PC or tablet PC such as iPad or Smartphone.
We answer your questions in the field of Internet, home network, wireless connections, security and much more.
We have modern equipment and software.
You can also contact us with your Apple questions.
Several times a year we organize a theme afternoon with interesting presentations about the use of a PC or tablet PC.
You can use the internet; you can also bring your own laptop or tablet.
