We are looking for a volunteer to visit one of our residents weekly at the Walraven location in Bennekom.
We are looking for a visiting volunteer for a resident of Walraven. Mrs. has Alzheimer's disease. Mrs. enjoys personal attention but receives few visitors. Mrs. really enjoys drinking a cup of coffee together, going out with the wheelchair for a walk, having a nice chat, looking at a magazine together, painting her nails once in a while, in short, personal attention.
What are you going to do?
The lady enjoys having a nice chat, drinking coffee together, having someone who pays attention to her and who occasionally wants to take a walk with her.
What do we ask of you?
You are friendly and patient, you are proficient in Dutch and are able to push the wheelchair.
What do we have to offer you?
- You are entitled to travel expenses (from 5 km one way). - You are insured. - You will receive a gift during the month of the Opella employee. - You will receive the end-of-year gift around Christmas. - You can follow training.
What makes the work worthwhile?
The resident will be grateful for your attention, help and care. You will go home with a satisfied feeling.
Working time
Preferably weekly on one of the following evenings: Monday evening, Tuesday evening or Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 pm.
