Summary
On Friday evenings we would like to organize fun party evenings again, such as karaoke, film evening, silent disco, or a bingo evening.
Detailed description
For these evenings we are looking for several volunteers who would like to arrange everything so that these evenings can take place and we are looking for people who want to help with the bar services and supervise the course of such an evening.
We hope for a large team of people so that the burden is small and there is plenty of room for fun.
We want these Friday evenings to take place monthly from 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM.
There are preparation tasks for this, such as buying gifts for bingo or arranging and setting up equipment for a silent disco or karaoke. Shopping lists must be made (the shopping is done by the volunteers who come by every week), space must be prepared by installing equipment or hanging the screen ready for the movie night. During the evening itself we need people who want to work the bar service and people who want to supervise the bingo or disco, and after that time the room must be left tidy and the equipment must be returned or cleared away.
