Je haalt en brengt bewoners van Omring locatie Lindendael in Hoorn van en naar activiteiten binnen de locatie.
(interne) Telefoon opnemen en vervolgens naar de juiste afdeling lopen om de persoon op te halen. Lopen is veelal achter een rolstoel. Je spreekt bewoners ook zelf aan om ze uit te nodigen voor activiteiten. Praatje maken met de bewoners. Affiniteit met de doelgroep, en inzetbaar op de maandagen.

We focus on people who need care at vulnerable moments, based on the vision of self-management, together and positively. We do this by encouraging people to continue doing the things they can do themselves, together with the efforts of family, friends and volunteers, through good care and support both at home and in our residential locations. We work with knowledge, experience and of course with feeling.
Lindendael care center offers nursing, care and guidance to people with a physical disability.
Lindendael also offers shelter to older people with memory and behavioral problems.
