Building manager Enkhuizen (voluntary)

The Dutch Red Cross is there for people in need. Both around the corner and far away. We help from the heart and roll up our sleeves. We also ensure that people can help themselves and teach them how to help others. So that in times of need no one is alone. We work from our seven principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntariness, unity and universality. The Red Cross Netherlands is divided into districts and each district consists of a number of departments.

For the district of Noord-Holland-Noord, department of West Friesland with its fortresses in Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik, we are looking for a location in Enkhuizen.

What are you going to do

• Maintenance;

• Small maintenance jobs on the building;

• Quick switching in case of problems on and in the building;

• Supervise cleaning, keys;

• Remove leaves from flat roof in autumn;

• Put the bulky waste bin inside and outside;

• Empty letterbox and distribute mail;

• Inventory control stock control and if necessary order;

• Hand washing and tea towels of the building; (can be removed, will be done by someone else)

• Keep track of cash management income and expenditure in Excel overview;

• Being hospitable to tenants and students;

• First point of contact for tenants of the building and responsible for the agenda.

Who are you

• Enthusiastic and involved, flexible and solution-oriented;

• Living in Enkhuizen or in the vicinity;

• You have transport to get to Enkhuizen;

• You are flexible available for 6 to 8 hours;

• You are reasonably computer skilled;
