Enthusiastic voluntary 'hostesses and hosts' wanted for the rental of the meeting room “the Squirrel Hall” in the Gooi and Vechtstreek visitor center in' s-Graveland.
The visitor center is located in the center of the Gooi and Vecht region, in the middle of the 's-Graveland country estates with their stately houses and park-like forests. It is an ideal starting point for a walk or bike ride through the area. Many residents and holidaymakers visit the area every year, more than 100,000 people take a look at the visitor center. In addition to many activities, the Squirrel Room is also rented out for business meetings.
Enthusiastic voluntary hostess or host wanted
Natuurmonumenten is looking for enthusiastic volunteers for our beautiful and interactive Visitor Center Gooi and Vechtstreek. There is a large meeting room in the visitor center, the Squirrel Hall, which can be rented. We are looking for hosts and hostesses to guide the rental of the Squirrel Room. Are you a real hostess and would you like to give our guests a green meeting experience? Then this vacancy might be something for you!
What are your duties?
The Squirrel Hall of the Gooi and Vechtstreek visitor center can be rented for business use such as workshops and meetings. You receive the people and show them the room. In advance you make sure that the room is in order and looks great. You help people who rent the room with their questions. After the rental you put the room back in order. Are you handy with the computer? The function can be expanded with the handling of quotes and rental requests. We are going to work with a schedule so that you are not present for a whole day but only a few hours in the morning, during lunch, or at the end of the day.
What does Natuurmonumenten expect from you?
· You are flexible and hospitable, you enjoy receiving and helping people.
· You are active and a tailor. You can work independently well.
· You are enthusiastic about the work of Natuurmonumenten.
· You would like to come and work for a few hours on weekdays. The moments depend on the lease applications.
