Job description:
The challenge is to carry out all kinds of administrative and organizational activities at the office, while there is a lot of traffic from desk employees, other volunteers and contact persons of our cooperation partners. Tasks include: - processing incoming / outgoing email and mail - working with various Office programs - answering numerous questions and requests, etc. etc.
Job requirements:
We think it is important that you can work independently and work together within a nice team of volunteers. Dexterity with the computer and experience with administrative work is necessary. It is nice if you have a service attitude.
What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:
Pleasant working atmosphere, familiarization time with good supervision and a third-party liability and accident insurance.

Working time:
