Detailed description
The editor-in-chief consults with the managers of the departments and program leaders of RTV Vechtdal TV about the realization of RTV Vechtdal's objectives and the criteria set by the Media Act.
The work generally requires solutions involving the broadcaster only at the request of the editor-in-chief.
In consultation with the program leaders, the editor-in-chief establishes and maintains contacts with groups or institutions that are important to the local broadcaster.
The editor-in-chief operates within regularly essential changing circumstances, which require a solution through analytical, testing and explanatory thinking. He / she knows how to convert these issues into structural policy changes and how to record them as such.

As RTV Vechtdal, we strive for attentive, independent reporting on what concerns, inspires or encourages you and us to take action. As volunteers we work on professionalization, which means that we always try to improve.
RTV Vechtdal consists of the following departments:
Vechtdal FM, radio
Vechtdal NL, radio
Vechtdal TV, television and social media
The content of the TV channel is provided by an editorial team, camera team,
interviewers, technicians and an editor-in-chief.
The radio programming is provided by program leaders, DJs, technicians
programs and technicians outside technology.
The number of volunteers of RTV Vechtdal consists of 130 people.
