SELF DEFENSE CLASS FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER
In aid of Lions Hope Brigade for Childhood Cancer
, Lions Club of KL Capital, Lions Club of Far East and Lions Club of Solaris KL are banding together to arrange a self-defense class for people to participate while also to fundraise for children diagnosed with cancer.
This Self Defense Class focuses on general daily activities, as well as techniques on how to protect yourself against theft and harassment.
What to bring:
- Own Yoga mat is preferred (for hygiene purposes)
- Towel
- Water bottle
Attire: Sports (preferably tshirt/sportswear with leggings/long pants)
Cost: RM50 per pax (All collection goes to Lions Hope Brigade for Childhood Cancer)
