Do you enjoy giving people a warm welcome, helping to plan a neighborhood activity or a family party, and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for 1 or 2 people to assist in managing the smooth running of our space rentals. This involves approximately 4 hours per week (± 16 hours per month), with part of the work possible remotely.
💻 What are you going to do
Answering and processing emails for the neighborhood company
Organizing and managing documents in SharePoint
Ensuring clear and up-to-date records
Contact person for renting the Stadskantine for workshops and activities
🔎 What we ask
You work in an organized and structured manner. You can work independently, either from home or in our cozy office.
You have experience working with digital systems (experience with SharePoint is a plus, or a willingness to learn it).
An eye for overview and detail

Welcome to the residents' company Stichting Nu De Toekomst. We are a group of local residents who are strongly committed to improving the quality of life and the economy in the De Nude district. Together with residents, we create a district where you can meet, work, learn and inspire.
Stichting NuDe Toekomst is a foundation with various initiatives that make this possible. At the moment, the local company has the following initiatives; a handyman company, a green company and a food & health hub and a cleaning company. We work and meet each other in our building on the Mennonietenweg.
