Detailed description
The Veldhuis location is a nursing home, where elderly people live independently in an apartment but are dependent on care.
I'm looking for a fishing buddy for one of our residents. Fishing is a big hobby for this resident, and he'd love to pick it up again. Anyone interested in supporting him? The canal is right on our doorstep, and the fishing pier at "De Beren" is within walking distance.
At KleinGeluk, we never miss an opportunity to promote the well-being of seniors. As a volunteer, you're invaluable to us! Sharing small moments of happiness together makes people feel valued. That's what we do it for.
We offer guidance and, if needed, you can participate in workshops to develop new skills. You can start working for just a few hours a month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accident insurance) and before starting work we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
