We're looking for volunteers to work with a resident on a computer, using the so-called brain trainer, to solve questions.
The Veldhuis location is a nursing home, where residents still live independently but are dependent on care.
We have a "brain trainer" available, which allows you to play various games, quizzes, and puzzles to help you train your memory. You'll do this activity together with one other resident. We're looking for volunteers who are available in the mornings or afternoons.
At KleinGeluk, we never miss an opportunity to promote the well-being of seniors. As a volunteer, you're invaluable to us! Sharing small moments of happiness together makes people feel valued. That's what we do it for.
We offer guidance and, if needed, you can participate in workshops to develop new skills. You can start working for just a few hours a month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accident insurance) and before starting work we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
