We are looking for 2 board members who will keep us on our toes and who want to focus on publicity and fundraising.Detailed description
Who are we?
We are the pioneering place 'The Key'. We connect children, their parents and adults from the neighborhood with each other. At the moment we have a children's afternoon in the Zuid and Kerschoten district on Monday and Friday afternoons. On Friday afternoons we have a women's cafe. On Thursday evening a sewing workshop and on Wednesday afternoon we cook with teenage girls in South and Kerschoten (every other week).
We are not yet a foundation, but we do want to create one.
Activities
We currently have 2 board members. We are looking for 2 more to keep us sharp. We don't get to tasks such as: setting up a foundation, fundraising, PR and entrepreneurship.
We ask
We are looking for people who are or feel socially involved (such as in youth work, church work, community work or intercultural adults) and who have a broad network, so that our work is also guaranteed in the future.
We offer
We offer a challenging task within a warm and enthusiastic team.
Time use:
in the beginning there will have to be more frequent consultations in order for the board to arrive at a unity. Then once every 2 months. Fundraising and PR take place outside the meeting.
