Do you have a listening ear for those who need it, a heart for our neighbors and you bring fun, then we would like you to join our team
We are van t Buurtpalet, a meeting place in the Orden district, where we develop activities for local residents, young and old, Dutch and fellow countrymen. We are looking for additional hosts and women for our coffee mornings. You join a friendly team that looks after each other and our fellow man in the neighborhood. You talk to the visitors and ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere. We try to do justice to everyone with us and a little further. We try to be the glue in the neighborhood and build bridges between people and organizations.

At the meeting place `t Buurtpalet (formerly Plexat) everyone is equally important. The meeting center is led by the Menorah City District Support Foundation. Everyone from the Orden district and the surrounding area is welcome with us for a cup of coffee or tea, a listening ear, a (hot) meal, creativity, sewing lessons, cooking course, Dutch lesson, a game, a good conversation or a nice chat.
Families and singles, young and old, Dutch and Medelanders come together to meet each other, make friends and help each other.
The Neighborhood Palette is the place where people really meet!
