Together with another volunteer, you will wash the dishes for meals every (bi)week on Wednesday or Friday evenings.
Job description:
Helping in the kitchen weekly or biweekly as a team: helping with the dishes, tidying up and cleaning the stove and the kitchen. There is a fast dishwasher. The plates, cutlery and glasses can go in there.
You wash pans by hand.

What do you have to offer the volunteer?:
The coordinator is the point of contact for questions and offers coaching/guidance. Both in the corridors and by appointment. The coordinator also points out various relevant courses and training that are organized locally. Volunteer meetings are occasionally organized. Here you meet fellow volunteers and discuss the work together. Collective accident and damage insurance has been arranged for volunteers by the municipality of Wageningen.
What makes the work worth it?:
Our volunteers work in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Volunteers meet people they would normally not encounter. This gives you the opportunity to broaden your social network. Offering hospitality and a listening ear is not a one-way street: You often receive attention and interest in return from visitors.
Working time:
From 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
